So if DMCA strikes are going onto twitch channels is there an argument to be made that the songs are part of transformative work and therefore free use? Its shocking to see so many bans rn but that's the law. Is there a fair use argument to be made though?

Gotta play it safe, especially for professional orgs or full time streamers. A 24hr ban takes a bite out of your livelihood in that case. Bit of a different story for hobbyists like myself, but still scary
