If so whyyyyyyyyyy? This made getting all my highlight reels together so easy

if you have editor rights for the channel, there is an icon for download

ah its ok just the clips manager used to be super handy for it but you gotta use the clips tab in videos now

It's a mere overlay preventing you from downloading it. If you use something like Adblock, you can add a custom filter ( http://clips.twitch.tv ##.player-overlay) that'll prevent the overlay and you can DL them via right-click again

Yeh they did, just view the clip and in the top right corner there’s an arrow you can download it.
