Well if we are pointing blame its Microsoft's problem for not having better security by default. So we should all get rid of Windows right? Lets be honest in a domain its a business and its time business start investing in Information Security. The issue is they don't. Fix that!

Any CISO that follows DISA stigs to secure/configure their enterprise should be fired, and I say that as someone who used to work for DISA.
