Not everyone has a driving licence or passport. These can be costly and/or not easily accessible. The Government are not trying to uphold democracy, they are trying to damage it. Voting is not only for the privileged. These vote suppression tactics will not go unchallenged.

Our elections must be free and fair, without interference or fraud. The Government want to make people show ID before voting, to cut down on voter fraud. So, how much voter fraud is there? See below the cases of voter fraud in Wandsworth, according to the Council ⤵️

The Judicial Review Bill means that NGOs will not be able to question the lawfulness of decisions Ultimately, this hands more power to Boris Johnson and the Conservatives, without fear of investigation You have to rights in law, like a dictatorship 🧵7

The Electoral Integrity Bill will stop people voting who don't vote Conservative. People who are young, of colour or disabled are less likely to have a valid photo ID to use as Voter ID. This will suppress voters and give Boris Johnson more power. 🧵6

It’s almost 2 years since promised us a plan to fix social care that he had ‘already prepared’. The Queen’s Speech needs to set out this plan, including a pay rise for care workers to at least £10 an hour. Or he has just sold out the care workers he clapped for.

So what exactly did you mean when you said that David Cameron could call you "any time" if he was "still stuck" after lobbying for cash for Greensill?

Number of times Boris Johnson has broken the rules on his financial interests: 2 (and counting) Number of people convicted of voter fraud at the last election: 1 Why does the PM think that suppressing voters' democratic rights is more important than following the rules?

This is the time for a transformative agenda. We must rebuild Britain’s foundations after a decade of neglect and a year of national sacrifice.

Where's the Conservatives' plan to create jobs? Where's their plan to improve conditions and pay for workers? Nowhere to be seen.

A Government that lies to our faces, breaks the law when it suits it & has no obvious comprehension of right & wrong now plans to restrict our right to protest, restrict legal challenges against its policies & suppress our democratic right to vote

For too long, our economy has not worked for working people. Labour's task is to show we can deliver the kind of economy which works - well paid, secure jobs, decent standards of living, and strong public services for people across Britain.

Thank you London. It’s the absolute honour of my life to serve the city I love for another three years. I’ll leave no stone unturned to get our city back on its feet. A brighter future is possible, and we’ll deliver it together.
