I don't go to Disney World with the expectation that I will have to due diligence to find out whether the restaurant has a theme that treats women the way they were treated in the 50s. I love this place and I love Disney. I am so disappointed

Disney's entire business is taking the past and glorifying it into something we can be nostalgic about. The argument that they want to be "authentic" seems to miss a key component of why they are successful, which is that they consistently sacrifice authenticity.
