There's a lot of nuance and detail in the Ruby Together backstory, but "why didn't anyone try talking to me" is a pretty bizarre take. It's gone from "why is this behind closed doors" to "why didn't you try talking".

I respect the many people (including former board members) who have listened to private feedback and tried to work on improvements, and there really was quite a bit of that! So what's the deal with claiming that this is coming out of nowhere?

I should add that the respect for people working through privately communicated concerns includes Andre, who did spend a non-trivial amount of time trying to understand and propose solutions for the problems people raised.
