Also, courts should rule that the name of a language, computer or otherwise, is not trademarkable. It's like someone trademarking "Math" or "Functional Programming" or "Modular". Total nonsense.

It seems generally ok to be able to have the rights to claim to be the official purveyor of something you created, but Oracle hasn't created nor evolved JavaScript. It's generic and it's pretty obvious they've lost any claim on it.
