It's the best instant-fix for any project that uses rm etc in their node scripts. install -s shx, add "shx" in front of everything: magic. It all works on windows now, too.

We should do an `awesome-platform-independent-OSS-tooling` on github (name tbd) that lists all these. Lots of best practices used across projects, but I'm not aware of an attempt to gather it. Maybe I'm wrong. cc
