I don't know how we expect people to contribute across many library's repos if we have to read 5 pages of http://CONTRIBUTE.md 's for each one. I found a problem in your lib, I just want to tell you about it and show a fix.

It should be up to the maintainers to take that fix and make it merge-able. Some quick tweaks and merge. It's a lot quicker than back-and-forth anyway. It's also their right to just close the issue and the author can re-open with a more thorough PR to convince maintainers 2 merge

I feel like we think we lower the barrier to contributors by adding all this process, but really we should just tell people to open a PR with whatever, and if you want a higher chance of merging you can go read this other stuff.

(An important part of all of this is automation for the stupid stuff, which is why I wrote prettier. Authors shouldn't have to care how you do everything)
