My least favorite CSS feature might just be percentage sizes that resolve against containing blocks whose size depends on the percentage size. They're the worst.
So percentage widths against any containing block that isn't a fixed width?

That depends on its contents. A box can depend on its container for its size, which isn't the same as being fixed width.
