I'm not sure. It's important to keep perspective on how much cable actually costs. I think we have moved to a world where this stuff will always be an order of magnitude cheaper.

good point. with a new base of $0, wanting to watch one show and having to find and subscribe to a new service feels a lot like the old cable packages ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

You should mostly be able to buy almost anything a la carte for ~$2 an episode, no?

I know I recently wanted to watch a show and it was like $40, a la carte was like $90
