Users of uglify-es, can you enlighten me what’s supposed to happen to `const`? `var` is obviously shorter so is there any reason it doesn’t compile down?

I don’t mean literally replacing it with var, but doing the “right thing” with the assumption that the code doesn’t suffer from TDZ problems. (Like Babel does by default.)

I personally prefer for uglify to avoid introducing new unsound transformations but the work to make this sound most of the time should be possible.
