Fahrenheit is an objectively better scale for humans. Fight me.

You focus on boiling water but 0C is very useful, people meet water & ice/snow frequently in real life. Whereas 0F is really arbitrary.

0F is ~ the point where going outside in the cold without protection is insta-dangerous. 0-100 is roughly the range of human temps in most habitable areas. But more importantly, it's not hard to remember "30".

I agree Celsius is not THAT critical, but having an observable physical phenomenon on both ends of the scale is nice. Specially the lower. And for cooking. Also:pic.twitter.com/W4zxtcaf1S

Celsius degrees are more practical IMHO, but besides all that, they are not arbitrary. Celsius directly relates to the other metric units conforming the International System.

Well Celsius is a natural process of a natural element. Water. Fahrenheit comes from experimentation and manipulation of some elements to be able to create the scale. So IMHO Celsius is easier.
