really optimistic that between my post today and Aaron's post in March we can evolve the conversation from "this is too explicit" to "Making this less [noisy/local/etc] would hurt the reasoning footprint because [justification]"

Also in my own experience I've found in going from the short, cliche form to these longer explanations, my own opinion changes more often than not (sometimes a complete 180)
