If you use Ember or have used it in the past, what would it take for you to feel great about using it for your next new project (and recommending it to your friends for new projects)? Feel free to say "I'd already use it" but be honest :)

Better integration with the rest of the JS ecosystem. I’d like to use Webpack, Redux or GraphQL without feeling guilty for not following “best practices”.

Webpack maybe not, but redux and particularly graphQL are perfectly valid choices. Definitely not against Ember.

Yeah I think we’re looking to better make these known in the docs/community space. For many apps I use ED still for CRUD and POJOs for read only/reporting but making other options known is

And let it be known that at least from the perspective of this Ember core team member, if you have a good use case for GraphQL or Redux, I say go for it!

I think this is a real problem, even if it is just perception, but perception is reality. Maybe you can help us popularize this a bit more amongst other ember core team members and then we can help change that perception. 1/2
