Amen. I have calluses on my brain after pushing controversial ideas online for the better part of two decades, though. So I hardly even feel the pricks any more.
There are so many people looking for this that it's nearly every experienced dev I know. I've talked to people who are happy with 10 hours a day because they did 14 before. They'd put up notice immediately for calm. It's an unbelievable recruiting magnet to advertise it.
