WebAssembly is a lot of things, and hope for many more, that isn't unique to it. To me, it is all about the compilation model. It is predictable. Although strangely enough each browser current has a completely different approach make it less so but much better than alternatives.
But to be clear, you can't move the users' render functions to wasm. You first have to run the user JS, then reconcile, then render in wasm, right?

No I'm suggesting moving the user JS to all wasm too with its own GC. We can do that. It's not the strategy I think is most useful nor what we're currently pursuing though.

I see. I could believe it but it's a long road to making that more optimal than other strategies.
