1: I feel that the final frontier of open source is more broadly sharing techniques for getting lots of help from user communities. People often tell me "the community doesn't provide much value for X boring problem" (infra, QA, docs)

Different kinds of contributions also call for different strategies if engagement. I think it is hard to understand your options as a maintainer and how/when to apply them. There is a lot to learn.

The gamut is very large: How can I get an author to make edits to their PR all the way to how can I pitch a 6 month effort to an enterprise org. Tough stuff for a dev that would probably rather "just code".
