Every "lol javascript" joke boils down to appealing to: 1. people's minimal understanding of expressions 2. people's misunderstanding of coercion (it me!) 3. people who build "content consumption" sites instead of interactive apps ("lol look at all this crap for HELLO WORLD")

Yeah. "Big Content" sites _need_ frameworks. Two big reasons Big Content sites suck these days: 1: too many 3rd party tracking scripts 2: ad-hoc jQuery sprinkles interacting poorly at scale
