Unless your backend is stateful (it probably shouldn't be), it's not distributed/incremental. Anyway, people already think backend is hard.

It would be very nice if all backends are stateless, but the rise of microservices certainly make doing backend more complicated. But I got your point, front end is getting really hard nowadays. :)

Yeah, I'm hopeful that the microservices community will relearn the zen of stateless backend.
