Many of the most beneficial Rails solutions are getting ported over to Phoenix, and the quality of most are pretty high.

At least for me, maturity is in large part a function of time (long term maintenance etc) so "maturing rapidly" is a weird phrase for me.

I guess “arriving” at this point after many years of work would be a better way of saying it. I feel like the ecosystem has “arrived”
