What 'other React patents'? The only relevant patents are those belonging to FB. FB grants you rights which are revoked if you sue 1st

False. React has many contributors. Those contributors have patents relevant to React. Those contributors are not protected.

I don't see a 'back door'. FB is clear that "we're cool" until you sue. At that point, they reserve the right to defend using their patents.
