Not my intent. I'm assuming that anyone who understands how large tech companies use their patent portfolios would not be concerned by this.

Did you read the article I linked to? Facebook has a history of getting sued by lazy competitors who want to make $$ of the broken system.

If adobe uses react and then later Facebook boldly violates a patent we have (entirely hypothetical) they'd be able to revoke our access
