Sounds like the criticism isn't really with Facebook then is it? Why shouldn't they fulfill their duty to investors, employees, etc?

To protect their business and its assets & by ext. jobs? If you think this patent isn't innovative, where's the prior art? Have it revoked.

Your complaint is about the system. Facebook is using it like any responsible organization taking in
$B in investor capital should. -
