I would say that Node has different values than what I see in this, but certainly has been changing. Multiple things have been revisited

A lot of this seems odd to me since various votes get overturned which seems out of scope of voting from my brief reads of pdfs here

If votes are final that means a new vote cannot bring up old topics which is not true

Also odd that I seem to get the feeling that abstaining is somehow being overlooked as a good thing on topics that one might not be comfy in

The biggest difference is that taking another pass when a small minority opposes often improves designs.
