It might be better to train a few embassitors with 3-4 more junior talks that would appeal to JS community and have them apply at every conf

Yes, but lots of people really don't like webpack config. It's dreadful - emotional thing. You probably shouldn't say it but it's a thing.
-
For me webpack was something you learn just like anything else. There are some great tuts online by the creator now
-
Yeah, I think I've been resisting learning it, but I also dont want to be an expert in it, so indelicate it to others on my team :)
-
Haha but couldn't I play devils advocate and say this is the same reason some people don't want to pick up ember?
-
What you find yourself becoming an expert are other important things: modules, JavaScript, code splitting patterns,
-
Whether you like it or not, using a compiler requires you understand how libraries work and why This is really important for every dev IMO
-

At the risk of romanticizing the shit out of this, I honestly think Ember is a force for good in the world of front-end development
-
Ember as a tool is very good, but it also stands as a model of responsible OSS stewardship, sustainable software development

I am the very model of a modern open source project

I'm hacker debugger QA evangelist and architect

I know the JS frameworks, and the hype is all hysterical

Configuring react redux and webpack takes a miracle
