It should be just your job to advocate for Ember. There are lots of people who could do the same with some prep.

Response should be, you have to chose the right tool for the job, E was never not monolithic but need to tell people when this is good.

People think "why should I use a niche tool when react works well for both small and big cases"

Articles claiming ember is "disqualified for mobile" make people think "why should I use this tool for a desktop app if it's just for that"

React is a "new paradigm for engineering" - seems more worth investing in, they think.

To be honest, I think we all got tired of putting ourselves out there and getting relentlessly attacked. Focused on building instead.

Was that right? No. Definitely not. But I think it's easy to see why people didn't feel like another round of hurling against a wall.
