No. We moved to descriptor, which gives a lot more power (without too much complexity) but isn't quite that simple.
But you can still do Class => { * mutate Class * //return undefined } right?
Ugh all my `@connect` calls in react-redux will break 
But your usage won't. You'll just have to change the decorator once.
You don't mutate the class, you supply additional members, which get added. It's not that bad. I should write a microsite.
In case of connect() it returns a different class altogether (as common for HOCs).
You can probably accomplish your use case with class finishers, but @littledan and I recently changed the spec to require a subclass iirc
We should look at this use case to see if "constructor replacement" is a feature we need to add back.
You can always use a function, but I'd like decorators to largely satisfy the use cases of HOCs
