No, not all: I support community service payments via property contracts, usage fees for shared infra, and other nonviolent forms of funding

The constitutional argument is bunk anyway. Ofc an income tax was unconstitutional by original document, just like banning slaves was.

Banning slaves was legal under the Constitution (the north did it), but Fugitive Slave Act was constitutional
