I generally agree that the government shouldn't be forcing people to do things, but "if you want to X, you must Y" is sometimes acceptable.

(for trespassing, which unless you're an anarchist, is usually in bounds for government intervention)
Trespassing is aggression against property (even for Anarchists - that name is misused), for which you have a right to repel the aggressor.
Depends - if you buy fissile material and transporting it through the property of others, they have a right to interdict that harmful act.
Defense of imminent/intentional harm is allowed; you don't have to wait for someone to connect a fist to your face before using self-defense
