Are you referring to tools like @skylight (I work on it) that outsource some monitoring work but don't prioritize microservices?

I think skylight's the opposite of what I'm describing - where it doesn't make assumptions about an existing infra but plugs well into it.

I'm talking about companies whose primary product is a tool only ever needed for moderate-high complexity tech stacks but sold to startups
