I legit don't understand why the right is so insistent on forcing private companies to comply with their idea of morality. Not their thing.

For the record, liberals are pretty consistent here. Hotels are allowed to play Fox News and I can refuse to patronize them.

Nobody's rights are being infringed there. Similarly, there are some places I wouldn't work because I wouldn't feel comfy as progressive.

I would be deeply uncomfortable if companies started firing people who were e.g. pro-gay-marriage, though.

So many of the lawsuits you see around this are conservatives arguing for the right to fire whoever they want.

I think that posting a 10-page religious screed on an internal network could be grounds for firing, yes.
