If everybody goes into their office, do the work conversations still happen? What's the impact if they don't?

I'm arguing that there are many considerations in planning out an office. And making devs happy is just one. It's damn hard.

The argument that dev happiness => greater dev productivity is questionable. Pairing doesn't make me happy. Does make me > 2x faster.

I'd also argue that providing individual isolation is easy, just let people wfh when they need to. The office is for collaboration/teamwork.
