@tildeio have a longer term plan wrt children at work? What happens when they can walk and crawl? -
We’re in the middle of figuring it out now, but have an interim plan for 6mos/crawling up until a year. And that cutoff is temp/arbitrary.

Would love to hear more once you've accumulated more time with this. Making career more compatible with having children is v important, IMO.
