Where can I find implementator commitments to ship private state or fields?

You can't. They're not part of JS either. Just an extension like JSX.

The point of the stage system (and getting implementor consensus to advance) is to allow shades of grey.

(the stage system was proposed and enthusiastically endorsed by members of TC39 who work on Chrome and V8)

Replying to @_developit
Agreed, community is definitely in favor of Babelscript (including JSX, decorators, etc.) over JavaScript these days.

That framing implies a language fork when usage of staged features implies convergence over time (with some breakage along the way)

Def been on our minds in regards to how community views/uses TC39/JS - attending meetings, more docs/edu, preset-env should help with this
