Also of course less sex === less pregnancy, but leaning on abstinence alone has historically had miserable results.

The problem is people who believe: - abstinence is all that works - contraception programs hurt abstinence - therefore they're bad

If anything this article shows that record high rates of contraception are coming along with drops in sexual activity.

Promoting responsibility is a good message - maybe why there could be correlation in drop in sex and better use of contraceptives
