@ZoltanKochan pnpm looks pretty neat. I didn't know it was written in TypeScript!
I'm trying to figure out how pnpm handles peer dependencies. It seems like it does some resolution for you?

I found https://github.com/pnpm/pnpm/blob/ef4b1f0ec6cda1c4ef543ac0beb5f18cf7918cf8/docs/how-peers-are-resolved.md … but I'm specifically wondering how/if pnpm deals with peer dep conflicts
-
The first matching (by name) dependency is used. There cannot be conflict. Warning is printed if it doesn't satisfy the version range.
-
Same way as npm does it.
-
No, it does not install a peer, if the peer is not found. I mean it looks up in the dependency tree till it finds the first match
-
I'd be interested in discussing reasons to support auto-install (off Twitter). Where should I ping?

you can write on gitter in the pnpm chatroomhttps://gitter.im/pnpm/pnpm

Sweet. Gotta get gitter
