If Node wants to perfectly implement ES Modules (they don't need to imo) they definitely can't.

Getting CTC at TC39 so everyone can get in the same room and hash it out. This gets solved in face-to-face conversations IMO.

I think a meeting with the modules champions at TC39 and CTC with enough moral authority to push for a solution would work.

Either way, I will fight extremely hard against anything that doesn't work same in both Web and Node. So, w/e happens needs symmetry
