That's a fair point I suppose, we just want to offer those who opt out (for whatever reason) to have a alternative way to impact.

In hindsight, our budget is not large enough to pay a fair wage at 40 hrs or work per month which is what the cap is atm

Whether or not that validates or invalidates your concern, I'm not sure. But i think it helps dilute that reality of exclusivity

Maybe the solution is to ban poor people from contributing and just let the rich people make the decisions and contribute? GREAT!
