both specs work for me quite honestly
I want switch(opt) { when pat: ...; /* no break */ } ;)
what happens if a pattern fails to match? Is there a default or throws?
default clause allowed (perhaps required)
what happens if the pattern is not exhaustive then?
if no default clause, either undefined or throws (prolly undef)
