yea I used a punch down tool. Still required too much manual dexterity for me but I bet it'll be enough for you.

I found jacks to be easier than the cable ends themselves, It requires for sure 2x the dexterity and there's no tolerance

I am using EZRJ-45 which I think lives up to its name. Still a pain, but can verify before you crimp. Few failures so far.

there are clamp-style jacks that rock. Basically you put wires in place and just close a hingething & they clamp
