Very reasonable. I also want to set up systems to warn me if people are being left behind.

yeah this is something I'm still struggling with, but I don't like using those systems to drive incentives.

I would probably view these things more as indicators than strict tied-to-money concepts.

They are meant to indicate to managers whether the team is functioning well, and if not, how to get there.
