I switched to Android in 2012 because of Chrome for Android. Ironically, I may switch back to iOS for the same reason.

if PWAs are truly a web technology (and not slick Google marketing), they'll be in Safari eventually too.

true, but not for at least a year it seems. Mostly want service workers esp since everyone else is on board.

agree & hope Apple gets onboard -- their reticence on this is giving me (a little) pause. They usually get around to it.

calling them the worst browser ignores how fast they are, which seems at least a little relevant (very relevant to me)

Valid point. Mostly referring to feature support. But I see big improvements there for newest release.
