Most overlooked feature of React: Prevalent use of named arguments. It's surprisingly inefficient/cumbersome in JS despite being ubiquitous.

if the function in question got hot (and inlined a lot), this can result in a a huge amount of deopt-recompile. Sad. :(

Interesting. I wish I had the problem of functions being too hot. Not called often enough. More concerned about pre-opt perf.

Ember has the problem in our rendering loop. It gets hot, hot, hot and then BOOM: some dict is GCed and fluuuush.
