You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
sure, agree. My slide's point is that SDK is a high barrier. The web doesn't need to have that (by default).
authored content doesn't need it but apps do. Otherwise you make your own and it's worse.
and I agree that a strength of the web is that there's no one SDK and I wouldn't want that.
there are lots of different ways people use the web and targeted solutions outside of the browser are best.
