I'm in favor of moving quickly and being pragmatic. But the laws of physics for products are different than for open infrastructure.
With infrastructure projects, one rushed bad decision can have knock-on effects for decades. At some point they're too entrenched to fix.
I think the decision to drop the non-.mjs alternative was, yes.
I'm surprised you didn't reach out to @littlecalculist or @wycats to ask for help if you felt stymied.
a single disagreement is enough to stop any changes; I have large apathy & have been called uncooperative
What disagreements are you referring to in this case?
any grammar changes and/or asking implementors to slow down so this is sorted before rollout
What grammar changes? I haven't seen a proposal that I could review and discuss.
and @littlecalculist and @caridy, despite no control over impls, would be happy to help with timing tollout.
