Only if they're using the (advanced, opt-in) unsafe features. Normal Rust is automatically safe.

And, well, for any complex app you still need bindings to libs written in unsafe langs. Not everything is in Rust :(

but that's true about every lang: ruby, js etc. There's always some set of unsafe binding code you gotta trust
