My impression is that TS favors ease of integration over strictness, aka their goal isn't to catch em all

my impression is Flow type system advantages are mythological ("some said it's good") & going away w/ every ts release

their approaches are different but w/TS2 they're pretty close in usage. TS community+tooling edges it for me
