I also respect your work and think people on the "JS" side dismiss the evidence-drive work of PE advocates too quickly as well

but the needling by PE advocates against any use of JS (example http://sighjavascript.tumblr.com/ ) creates an unnecessary rift.

yeah- quick jabs and shaming sites like that aren't inclusive and miss out on the nuance of what exactly could be improved

yeah. I don't tar the entire group of PE evangelists with that brush, but those sites still sting.
