I mean the opposite. As a manager, it's my job to seek out feedback from quiet people, not finger-wag abt speaking up.

As a contributor, I am not able to shoulder my way in. I opt out of envs where that is required. -
yes indeed. And I've seen people with important perspectives get brushed aside because not willing to "fight". Not ok
